Policies

Return Information
We accept returns of new, unworn merchandise within 30 days of you receiving the item for exchange or store credit only if tags are in tact on merchandise.  It is the client's responsibility to ensure the fit is comfortable prior to removing tags.  We no longer give cash or credit refunds.  We will issue a store credit up to thirty days after you receive the item which is good for one year.

All holiday gift purchases must be exchanged 30 days after Christmas.

Promotions
Does not apply to previous or future purchases.  All promotional orders and/or sales are final.

Special Orders
MTF is happy to special order limited selections from our wonderful collection with full payment at the time of order. Special orders are accommodated on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability by the designer.

MTF Client Reward Card
With every $60 purchase, a point is received.  Additional points are added only in $60 increments.  What does that mean?  A $120 purchase receives 2 points, etc.   Clients receive additional points for referring family and friends.  Referrals making a first-time minimum $60 purchase receives a point for themselves and the original client.  10 points in purchases, referrals or any combination of the two renders the client eligible for 1 free item.

MTF accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Gift certificates are also available and accepted.

Gift Certificates
MTF offers gift certificates for any amount for any occasion.  If you are not able to visit our store to purchase a gift certificate, please call us at (845) 297-8345 or email us at mtf@measuredtofit.com  and we can mail you the gift certificate. Please allow 24hrs for email responses.
